Test Manager - Brussels

My client, a Global Telecoms Service Provider is currently looking for a Test Manager to work in Brussels on a long term contract.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Lead testing effort to ensure the development of a clear test plan
Manage testing schedule to ensure all testing deadlines are met
Perform quality control to ensure high-quality deliverables
Develop testing artifacts - Test plans, test scenario's, trace ability Matrix, etc.
Coordinate with the Environment manager to ensure all test environments have been set up according to specifications
Co-ordinate with end-users and or customer testers to participate in the User Acceptance Testing
Conduct regular Testing Status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders' needs and requirements continuously in view
Provide test management controls for all code deployments into different test environments

SKILLS/EDUCATION

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance with at least 5 years of experience as Test Manager
Detailed knowledge of both manual and automation testing and proven experience of testing user interfaces
Demonstrated achievement in leading large scale projects
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is a plus
