Languages: ENGLISH, with DUTCH and FRENCH

Skills and experience:

-Good knowledge and experience inTEST PROCESS & METHODOLOGY
- Setting up test strategies of projects
- Data and environment preparation
- Quality Center & QTP tools
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Understanding of relevant technologies and development life cycles
-Preferable
- Cobol, DB2, SQL, .Net
- Good passive knowledge in modelling applications and processes, Functional analysis
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and/or Health Care Insurance
- Excellent coaching abilities
- Independent
-Structured and Pro-active
- Flexible
- Pragmatic
- Problem Solver
- Good presentation skills
-Team player, Motivator

Description of work:

- Test strategies set up,
-Test effort evaluation,
-Test planning set up and follow-up,
-Test scenarios redaction
-Test scenarios execution
-When needed, coaching people in development teams in order to improve the quality of their tests,
-Non regression testing before each delivery (partly automated),
-Improving the process and the tools used.
