For my belgium client I'm sourcing for a Test Manager for in Ghent to start in the beginning of January.
As Test Manager you will be working in a challenging global organization with multiple sites and time zones. It is important that you've strong management and communication skills
You, as a Test Manager, will be working in a project/delivery team where global complexity and business innovation are part of your daily work.
Tasks that where you will be included in as a Test Manager:
- Participate in all phases of system and application development, from requirements analysis through design to development, testing & delivery, including managing of the UAT and their checkoff.
- Coordinate test in complex environments
- Setting the test strategy and keep the test plan up to date in your assignment.
The required competences for a the Test Manager:
- Experience of Agile Methodologies
- Proven experience in Test Managment processes.
- Experience in Managing tests with a large scale integration.
- Proven experience in Automation tetsing, framework creationm and complex test scripts.
- Bilingual: Dutchboth advanced in written and verbal communication
