Test Manager

I am recruiting for a German speaking SAP Test Manager to work on a part time project (50%)/2-2.5 days per week.

The role
*Cross-project design, planning and control of all test activities
*Implementation and application of the requirements for computer validation (CSV) within the framework of test management
*Setting requirements for test cases for internal and external service providers
*Ensure that the necessary test environments and if necessary, test data are ready for the event
*Help with the creation of the test documents
*Consulting and coaching of specialist areas and IT regarding test and quality management
*Develop the test strategy, the test plan and test activities in coordination with specialist areas and IT
*Assistance in the creation and implementation of test methods and test procedures
*Ensuring the quality of requirements, test case specifications and test execution
*Reporting test status from the program management
*Performing the dedicated test/coordination of the non-dedicated test resources

The Skill requirements
*Very good theoretical knowledge of test methods, test procedures
*Sound training in test management (eg ISTQB Advanced)
*Several years of experience in test management
*Experience in test management of SAP systems
*Experience in test management with SAP Solution Manager
*Experience in test management in a heterogeneous system environment (target system is SAP, Microsoft CRM, WAMAS by SSI Schäfer)
*Optional: Experience in agile projects
*Optional: experience with test management in GxP area & validation
*Good knowledge of current test methods and processes
*Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as goal-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and action
*Good communication skills, assertiveness and high performance
