Test Manager

Test Coordinator | 6months +, 40 h/per week | The Hague

For one of our major clients, Amoria Bond is looking for a Test Coordinator that is able to manage a team of 4 junior and 2 semi- senior testers for an international company, within a complex environment. The first contract duration is 6 months, with a possibility for extension.

As a coordinator you will be responsible for the setup of test plans and keeping the other IT Team's up to date of all the results. Your findings and results should be discussed with other Test Coordinators within the company and together you will work on the foundation of a new testing process the company is trying to achieve and will also have to do several risks analyses for your project.

The desired candidate requires academic level (Bachelor or Master) and TMAP and ISTQB certifications. Experience with Selenium and Neoload is desirable. As a person you need to be confident and strong in your communication skills. This is desirable, because you will have meeting's with clients and need to be able in explaining them the work process and results. Leading capacity is a must.
