Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc. ). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Main Task:
-Responsible for the day to day management of a team of permanent and external Test Engineers
-Manage and plan critical testing phases of the SDLC within an agile development environment
-Coordinate with Project Management, Development, Customer Support, Marketing and Requirements Engineers
-Responsible for all Test documentation according to SOP and QA approved standards
-Incident Management and regular Project progress reporting to all stakeholders
-Test Environment ownership, build and release planning and coordination with project lead
-Coordinate and support External Testing at Customer sites across EMEA

Requirements:
-Min. 2 years Test Management experience with degree level or equivalent qualification.
-An in-depth knowledge and understanding of test methodologies, test strategies and test environments
-Strong People management skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business
-Good Project Planning and Test Planning skills - Resource planning, management and tracking
-Experience in using ALM or HP Quality Centre for Test execution and issue management
-ISTQB Foundation level or higher
-Very good German and English language (w/s)

Nice to have:
-An understanding of Microsoft Windows OS & Oracle RDBMS
-Knowledge of SAP DMS
-Microsoft Project experience
