My client a leading consultancy is seeking a Test Manager to join their team. My client is in the process of implementing a global platform for their trade and finance units.
At the Test Manager you will be responsible for driving the testing process, defining the testing strategy. Planning and executing the test phases together with the test coordinators and documenting test cases and test reports and finally following up on progress and defects.
Key skills and experience
4+ years as IT Test Manager
Banking/finance sector experience
ISTQB Certified
in-depth competence and experience within project/test management; tools/methods and leadership capabilities.
supervising and coaching other test managers and project team members, and is recognised for her/his ability to interact with
stakeholder management
