Test Manager

- PeopleSoft ERP experience must
- 6 months + contracts

Leading Professional services firm requires a Test Manager to work with their utilities client based in the CBD. 6 months contract

Our client is in the requirements phase of a PeopleSoft project whereby they are upgrading the HR/Payroll module and implementing two further modules.

As a Test Manager you will define the test strategy and set the direction for the testing component of the PeopleSoft upgrade/implementation

On a daily basis your role will see you:

-  Define the test strategy, test plan and test script
-  You will be responsible to run the Peoplesoft upgrade project
-  Own the end to end project.
-  Responsible for managing the vendors and their delivery. They will  define the overall strategy and what the vendors are responsible for  and what the client is responsible for

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, INDIVIDUALS WILL HAVE:

- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience covering all areas of the testing life cycle
- ERP or PeopleSoft experience
- Experience working across multiple projects is an advantage
- Writing Test Strategies/Test Plans
- Providing estimates for resource utilisation
- Management and delivery of successful projects
- Coaching, appraising and mentoring staff
