Contract Period: ASAP - May 2013

Assignment Description:
The client need a senior Test Manager with minimum 10+ Years' experience to take the responsibility insuring that the solution is tested from System Integration to User Acceptance Test and go live in 7 Countries. The Test Manager will be responsible for 1 full Value Chain out of 4 and will have to coordinate activities with 3 other Test Managers. The senior Test Manager will also be part of the Test Center of Excellence (TCE) and will responsible for part of the TCE implementation in the organization
Competence requirement (These requirements need to be specified in the candidate`s CV):
- Mandatory: ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Test Management or all 3 ISTQB Advanced certifications - ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst and ISTQB
- Advanced Technical Test Analyst
- Test Manager/coordinator 10 years or Test Manager skills combined with managing Business process Testing and ERP solution (like Oracle and SAP)
- Manage and coordinating System Integration test and User acceptance test
- Technical Testing Skills Keywords: Test automation, non-functional testing - Oracle Load Testing or HP QTP
- Expert in Testing tool - Oracle Test Manager or HP Quality Center
- Test Script/cases quality insurance
Training skills
Optional: Accredited ISTQB Trainer and/or Certified within Business processes, like Certified SAP Solution Architect - Integration of Business Processes or similar
