Projektbeschreibung
The Test Manager will be responsible for running a major strategic program/project managing the full testing life cycle covering all aspects of system, performance, regression and UAT testing.
Test Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the program/project adhere to a set of defined quality standards and ensure that the product delivered meets all defined requirements. This is accomplished through the preparation of the test strategy, test plans/cases and working with the project manager to prepare a detailed testing schedule.
The Test Manager will perform all or some of the following tasks:
- Determine how the solution meets the requirements defined by the Business
- Define the E2E test strategy
- Manage testing processes, timelines and budget.
- Ensure the software solution meets applicable quality standards
- Identify risks associated with the testing strategy, documenting them, and communicating
- them to all stakeholders (Risk Based Testing)
- Appropriation of resources to conduct product testing
- Plan and work with Business to conduct the UAT process
- Verify test scripts to ensure thoroughness and accuracy
- Manage test team in a sourcing model.
- The successful candidate will have strong negotiation, presentation and relationship
- management skills and will be able to work in a sourcing operational model.
- A t least 8 years of experience and 4 at least in a similar function and fluent in English, Dutch and French.
- Is familiar with management techniques and those of conducting projects
- Is familiar with budgetary rules in respect of projects
- Is able to use group motivating techniques
- Is able to motivate people around a common objective
- Is able to manage the common interest by consolidating staff originating from various backgrounds
- Able to prioritize (sees the overall picture, has strategic vision)
- Ability to work in a "cross-functional" context and to manage relationship aspects
- Ability to motivate and direct a team (is able to delegate, carrythe team with him/her and listen, etc.)
- Good knowledge of HP Mercury suits
- Is familiar with Off shoring
- ISTQB/ISEB certification
