Test Lead + Team

- INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH A VIEW TO EXTEND TO 18 MONTHS
- CBD LOCATION - CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT

This large organisation is looking for a Test Team to join one of their major Time and Attendance projects.

The preference is that all 6 testers ( 1 lead and 5 test analysts ) have previously worked together as a team.

This position focuses on the Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for solutions being delivered by the Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management and Co-ordination of Test Analyst resources during all testing phases
- Monitoring and follow up of defects resolution including management and coordination of Daily triage meetings
- Working collaboratively with other program members and managing relationships with key delivery partners and business users
- Maintaining set standards for documentation
- Track and prepare daily reporting of testing activities including test results, coverage, defects, status and performance to baseline
- Analysing process related data and defining new operational metrics where necessary

MANDATORY SKILLS

- Minimum 3-5 years Test Lead experience with minimum team size of 5 test analysts
- System Integration Testing experience & User Acceptance Testing experience
- Demonstrated ability to produce test plans which will ensure coverage of test execution that is adequate to provide a quality outcome
- Demonstrated capacity to develop design and execute test scripts (cases) and document outcomes/progress
- Knowledge of full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Working knowledge of HP Quality Center essential
- Testing Analysis experience of Time and Attendance through to Payroll Systems is desirable
- Actively develops good working relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound interpersonal skills
