Test Lead/French Speaker

We are hiring for TEST LEAD ROLE atPARIS , FRANCE for one of our esteemed clients.

Job Title: Test Lead

JOB TYPE: CONTRACT

NOTE:Must be fluent with French and English languages.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TEST LEAD:

(1.)To create and assign and track the project module work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
(2.) To create work plans and monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
(3.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
(5.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR TEST LEAD:

Hands on experience in IT Quality Assurance with experience as a lead.
Must have experience in Retail domain with knowledge on any of the E-commerce.
Experience in building test-cases and reviewing the offshore work on a regular basis.
The candidate must be fluent with French and English languages.
