We are looking for TEST LEAD for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.
Job Title: Test Lead
Location: Milan, Italy
Job Type: 3-6 months
Job Spec for Test Lead/Engineer:
- Understand customer requirements at system level and Define and deliver Test automation requirements at System level.
- Provide Test automation estimates, Overall Test automation strategy, Automation tool selection and Automation solution architecture.
- Hands on Automation tool design and coding
- Preparation and articulation of technical issues/status during client interactions
- Understanding & following clients testing process/automation life cycle
- Contribution to effectively review the test deliverable from the team
- Mentoring and technically guiding team members
- Suggest and participate in activities to enhance team productivity - technical presentations, helping the team during difficult situations, identifying the pain areas in project providing proactive solutions
- Exploring new tools/new ideas useful for the project
- Contributions towards the complete project through effective review, resolving problems
- Adherence to Test automation process in the program (Test automation Plan/design preparation, Test Execution, Fault reports, reviews, test audits, logging of
