Tester (Jira) - Helsinki 

FINNISH SPEAKING TEST MANAGER TO MANAGE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL TEST PHASES AND WELL AS DEFECT MANAGEMENT. 

Purpose

B2BT project is replacing the existing Legacy systems. Acceptance testing team will validate that delivery is meeting the customer expectations and that the system is mature and ready for production use. Now we are looking an experienced Test Manager to join our testing team.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

- Candidates must have extensive experience in leading manual test teams in the Acceptance Phase.
- Native Finnish speaker and fluent in English
- Several years of experience in test planning and test case designing
- Experience in Defect and Test Management systems, Jira experience would be an advantage
- Experience from Migration projects
- Years of people management experience
- Pro-active, quality-minded with a positive attitude
- Proven track record to creating and executing on highly effective quality processes
- Ability to learn quickly and understand complicated systems and business processes
- Ability to propose and provide good QA analysis and risk assessment to stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and plan for multiple releases with multiple dependencies across multiple platforms, for global territories
- Ability to handle projects with high complexity and constant change
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
