-You are able to closely work together with the development team in order to increase the quality of the product

-IT or similar degree (Bachelor or Masters)
-Profound experience in software testing
-Experienced in Agile Software Testing
-Familiar with Visual Studio 2010 / Microsoft Team Foundation Server
-Minimal coding skills in C# would be an advantage
-ISTQB Foundation level certificate or higher would be an advantage
-Understanding of professional software engineering methodologies and processes, understanding of the quality assurance
-Good English skills (German would be an advantage)
