IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Development of quality and cost optimized test programs for the production test of complex system-on-chip (SoC) products with digital, analog and RF functions
-Development of device-specific test patterns
-Verification of the functionality and robustness of test pattern deliveries from circuit design
-Drive the methodology to increase test development productivity at the interface between design and test development
-Definition of the test concept and the test specification together with the project partners
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Practical experience with electronic measurement equipment
-Programming skills in C++
-Working experience with Semiconductor test on automated test equipment (ATE)
-Experience with Advantest 93000 test systems
-Experience in the design of Testability (DfT)
-Knowledge in System-on-chip (SoC) and System-in-Package (SiP) design
