Test Engineer High End Client Reporting (Input System)

Create and execute functional- and regression tests on a Data Manager System and it's interfaces. This includes internal and external data feeds to the Data Manager System that acts as a central hub to manage the acquisition, validation, storage and distribution of data in a consistent form to the dependent Portfolio Management System. The Goal is to provide the evidence that the Data Manager System is creating the necessary data for the Portfolio Management System in the expected structure and quality.

ROLE:

- Creates and executes test cases for Black Box testing of the Data Manager System, including defect reporting and tracking
- close collaboration with the scrum teams to align the Black Box testing and its dependencies
- close collaboration with unit testing and test automation
- report regularly progress and issues to Scrum Master and Test Manager
- coordinate the automation of stable regression tests test automation engineer.

MANDATORY SKILLS

- Proven record as Test Engineer (at least 3 years)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
- Banking or Financial Industry experience
- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong command of Quality Center
- SAQ Certified Software Tester foundation or advanced level
- Experience in Interface Testing of internal and external feeds

OPTIONAL SKILLS:

- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- German language skills
- Processing of Market Data, Transaction Data and it's Quality Control
- Database know how (Oracle, DB2)
- ControlM Job Control skills
