Test Engineer - Diesel Engine Job

TEST ENGINEER needed for a 12 MONTH CONTRACT assignment with Yoh 's client located in Erie, PA.

- Diesel Engine

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The individual would be responsible for managing the engine test cell day to day activities, providing work assignments to the hourly work force and interfacing with the engineering team.
- The individual will coordinate with the Engineering Team, Global Lab Team, and Program Management to ensure tests will be completed on schedule, as requested and at the quality standards required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from accredited college or university.
- Five (5) plus years Engine Testing experience
- Strong drive for meeting internal and external customer requirements.
- Ability to work with engineering, global labs, and program management effectively.
- Has working knowledge of a diesel engine.
- Highly organized and close attention-to-detail.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ladder Logic and other programming language experience
- familiarity with PLC's, HMI and their associated software.
