TEST DEVELOPER/ENGINEER - 3 YEARS -BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

Test Developer/Engineer urgently required for a client for initial period of 3 years to be based in Brussels, Belgium. My client is looking for: ENGLISH, FRENCH AND DUTCH SPEAKER.

Responsibilities

- The consultant will be part of a project team as a Test Developer/Engineer.
- Mainly create automated test scenarios, prepare test data and support the functional and system integration testing phase.
- Prepare the environment, including the database, so tests can start from a known state.
- Participate in the definition of the projects test strategy.
- Track and report Quality Assurance metrics.
- Complete and maintain through the project life cycle all appropriate documentation required for automated testing of the project.

Required skills

- Excellent knowledge of:
- HP test tools (Quality Center, Quick Test Pro)
- Regression testing techniques
- Methodologies (SDLC/RUP, iterative waterfall)
- Test Automation (Java or .NET programming)
- XML/XBRL
- SQL
- Good knowledge of:
- Modelling (interpretation of business process modelling, data models)
- Excel, OLAP
- Knowledge of:
- SQLserver 2012 DB
- Certifications
- ISTQB foundations certification
