Test & Delivery Manager

Job description
- Develop a master test plan with
- Develop and maintain a master release plan.
- Initial setup of testing & release processes and optimize them ongoing
- Organize, coordinate, monitor, measure, control the different testing tracks:

o Unit Testing track:
o System testing:
o System integration testing:
o Business acceptance testing and regression testing
o Release regression testing: done outside the project (in the week before golive)
o Performance and load testing

- Report on testing and quality status within the project, but also towards the application mgrs.
- Defect tracking, prioritization and planning
- Mobilize the needed business people for business acceptance testing.

Skills
- Proven experience with agile (iterative) development practices in a large scale project environments is a must, more specifically :

o Applying quality and testing best practices.
o Making and maintaining agile release plans
- Proven ability to coordinate & deliver complex software features iteratively and reliably
- Languages: English (and preferable additionally Dutch or French)
- Experience with test automation in an agile environment is an advantage

- Leadership skills in support of the testing and release/sprint planning coordination
- Communication skills (towards application mgrs, within project steering layer, and agile teams)
- Continuous improvement mindset

Experience
- approx. 7 years of experience in a similar enterprise context
