Responsibilities:
Execute:
Follow-up, dashboards, progress towards exit criterias, manage planning issues, coach on test methodo, adapt test approach where needed
FAT and SAT : relation with ASP
DIT and MIT : Orchestration with integrating parties
Defect Management:
Chair test phase defect management meeting.
Plan retest and non reg tests, attribute team
Patch Release Management:
Informed on patch scope and delivery planning
