5 years Recent experience with Test direction and coordination
3 years experience with Agile work

The assignment:

For IBS Other Resources we are looking for an energetic, proactive test coordinator who has an affinity with the technology. Are you able to perform under pressure? Are you customer-oriented towards both the business and the development teams, then we are looking for you! We expect you to (co-) determine the test strategy, be the driving force for the various test processes such as the integration test, chain test and user acceptance test, and that you play a coordinating role towards future users in the form of user acceptance tests. Ensure that the various tests are carried out on time, that the environments are well-designed and that the users are properly supervised. All this in the right direction for support but also in cooperation with the current team is the most important task.

Within the chain Other Resources we work with 3 JAVA development teams on a diverse landscape with systems for, among other things, the Dividend Tax, Environmental Tax, Gaming Tax and Insurance Tax. The CAP and Large Enterprises segments are our chain partners. A number of applications are currently being completely redeveloped. Because declaration processes often show similarities, a Generic Declaration Application (GAA) has been chosen, which contains a large number of reusable application services.

In order to ensure that the chain continues to function, we are looking for an experienced, driven test coordinator. As a test coordinator, you will be immersed in the operation of the applications, you have an overview and you coordinate the output of the various tests. For that you seek coordination with the various chain partners, interfaces and end users and you play an active role in demonstrating the correct operation of the chain. You take care of the realisation of the test cases and record the results. You have an advisory role in taking the release decision. In the event of production disruptions, in which the operation of the chain plays a role, you are involved in the analysis phase and the retesting.

You will work in a team with room for your own initiatives and knowledge sharing.
