Test Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

The job of the Test Coordinator is to plan, execute and advise on all test activities within Finance COO for the initiatives related to Lending and Trade Finance Services and or the strategic Finance Program.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

- Overall coordination of the test activities (planning, follow up of execution) of Finance/IT projects in the area of Lending and Trade Finance Services within Finance COO
- Defining the testing strategy for the testing of new releases and deliverables;
- Defining and checking acceptance criteria;
- Validating test plans and alignment with all stakeholders;
- Managing the Verification or Validation processes;
- Ensuring that the test activities comply with standard methods;
- Participating to method improvement initiatives.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Finance COO/Finance Change department is responsible for design and execution of project and program management tasks for all current and future Global Finance Services activities in line with the strategic direction. Specifically you will be part of the change team responsible for the alignment within Finance for the connection with Lending Services and Trade Finance Services. Finance COO is in the transition towards an Agile environment.

YOUR PROFILE

- An academic or bachelor degree (or equivalent through experience);
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in project environment, including experience in testing methodologies and tools (eg HP Quality Center);
- Flexible mindset and able to anticipate on continuous changing demands.
- You are structured, an excellent planner and organizer;
- You are communicative, assertive and diplomatic and feel comfortable in a complex working environment.
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset;
- Preferably experience within Finance, Lending Services or Trade Finance Services.

The Test Manager should show persuasiveness and should be able to align the interests of different stakeholders and or communication levels between the teams within the different domains.
