Proteus Europe is searching for a Test Coordinator for our clients in Beerse, Belgium -
Our Client :-
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a significant global presence with commercial operations in more than 150 countries, a network of 89 manufacturing sites, and large RandD centres in the UK, USA, Belgium and China.
They have a range of innovative products in three primary areas of Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines and Consumer Healthcare.
MANDATORY: GOOD DUTCH IS A MUST
Candidates will work 4 days a week only
Your New role :-
These are the things we are looking in the position:
- Coordinate and manage UAT for every sprint
- Define test strategy for every user story
- Follow up and ensure test scripts are ready and follow up on approval
- Manage daily defect triage process - ensure that defects are assigned to the right team and actively follow up on closure
- Manage Go/No Go decisions. Ensure decision is balance versus business impact
- Release Management
- Plan and follow up for the release planning in the different environment UAT, Production, etc
- Communicate to all relevant stakeholders on the different release, contents, etc
- Manage Support and Deployment process
- Manage triage process of issues raised by countries, ensure agile assignment of issues to the different teams
- Actively follow up on the resolution of the different issues
- Identify common issues and coordinate plans to reduce recurrent issues
- Communicate on overall status to stakeholders, risks, etc.
Your Skills and experience :-
Mandatory Skills:
Good Communication skills ! Person will be working in between the business and IT and needs to understand both demands and needs to be able to step up as moderator
Some key points:
- Use JIRA and HPALM efficiently. (excluding duplication, having information well spread, )
- Communication needs to be short and accurate and clear + priorities need to be defined based on impact of the Project
- Follup up projects pro-active
- Setup Productive team meetings (not tedious)
o Clear overview of the different processes (although hectic environment)
Minimal Languages: NL + EN
