We are currently recruiting for a TEST COORDINATOR to join a client based IN BELGIUM on a 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT
DAILY RATE: Dependant on experience - €2500 - €£300
DURATION: 6 Month Initial Contract with option to extend
LOCATION: Belgium, Diegum
START: ASAP
Our client is looking for a Manual or Automation Consultant with test coordinator experience.
KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLES
- Responsible for coordination of overall end2end testing for program life
- Responsible for reporting to project manager(s) (multidomain)
- Responsible for resource planning business analysts
- Responsible to coach, lead, prepare team of 6 to 8 test analysts and testers
- Responsible for preparing the necessary test plans, test budgets, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the systems tested and regularly report on the progress of projects
- Ensure that at all stages of the project all quality standards, internal procedures and regulations are respected;
- After implementation, responsible for recording problems, identifying and analysing, formulating proposals and the implementation of corrective actions;
- Good knowledge of the operation in the other business areas and builds good contacts with them
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Master degree (Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Trade and Financial Sciences, Physical Sciences) or equivalent experience
- Large experience in test tools (Jira), regression test, automated testing
- Experience in test strategy, setting up test plans.
- Practical experience in coordination of test teams
- Knowledge of life insurance is an advantage
- Experience in IT infrastructure. Practical knowledge of TIBCO.
- Experience in package implementations (Solife).
SKILLS
- Critical and analytical mind.
- Born organizer and has the necessary diplomatic talents.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong dose of persuasion.
- Finds solutions to problems and you like a structured and organized approach.
- Natural drive to improve and innovate
