One of the leading financial organizations based in The Netherlands is looking for a Senior Test Coach for a long-term opportunity. It is a position with a lot of growth opportunities both professionally and personally. You will need to be able to give workshops, presentations, be communicative and be able to represent and transfer your testing knowledge to the teams you will work with.

Ideally, you need to have:

- Testing, Test tooling experience (hands-on);
- Coaching/training experience;
- Previous experience in test automation;
- DevOps, agile, CI/CD experience;
- Excellent English and communication skills;
- Software programming experience;

Main responsibilities:

- You will need to strive for the teams to reach the highest performance;
- Delivering workshops and presentations;
- You will gather best practices and share them in the team;
- Implementing VOE;
- Using HP ALM, HP Sprinter, other HP tools and implementing new tools;
- Creating unit testing;
