TEST AUTOMATION TEAM MANAGER

My client is searching for a Test Automation Team Manager to coordinate Test Automation projects throughout Europe.

Along with the introduction of new tools and optimizing existing working procedures, you will be responsible for account management related to services and together with your team of test engineers you will handle project execution. You will assess, budget and negotiate test automation possibilities in current and future projects.

In this role you have to prove your skills as team leader and implementer to assure that new tools are rolled out successfully. Good communication skills to evaluate client needs and to support sales on technical level will be a valuable asset.

Requirements:

- Master degree in Computer Science or Electronics ( or equivalent through experience)
- Knowledge of Web Development and Web Server technologies
- Programming and Scripting skills
- Testing experience
- Ability to develop traditional testing artifacts including test plans, test scripts and test scenarios
- Broad experience in the use and implementation of current test automation tools (HP QC, Selenium, QTP)
- Experience as a Performance tester using testing tools (LoadRunner etc.) would be a plus
- Good team management and communication skills
- Proven experience in project planning and coordination
- Strong drive to complete tasks and master a technical subject
- Preferably native Dutch speaking
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Occasional international travel to support projects will be required
