TEST AUTOMATION

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Intake and feedback about the quality of the testbasis;
-Test requirements (features and user stories) on testability and analyse them;
-Giving shape to the test strategy for the team, per sprint;
-Creating test cases with entry criteria, result expectation and performance instructions;
-Performing automated test scripts;
-Enter the test results in to the test help tools;
-Managing the team of test ware for automated tests;
-Guaranteeing the test ware in such a way that the other teams can also use it;
-Providing support to the members of the team when they are performing the automated tests;
-Coach/train members of the team when it comes to testing so they can become T-shaped professionals;
-Use the prescribed methods, technics and tools

KNOCK-OUT CRITERIA:

-HBO professional and thinking level
-TMap NEXT® certified
-Agile certified
-Relevant experience in the last two years in setting up test automation met HPe UFT in an Agile environment
-Relevant experience in the last 2 years with testing a Back Office application for Tax (semi-government)

DESIRED CRITERIA:

-Relevant experience with Hpe Agile Manager Hpe ALM Hpe UFT, Hpe ALM Octane
-Relevant experience in coaching inexperienced team members when it comes to automation
-Being able to quickly and effectively build a test framework, implementing and offering support for the testers
