They are looking for people who have the following attributes:
1. 3 years minimum experience as a Systems and Functional Tester working on large scale projects within an agile environment;
2. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, in particular well developed SQL Scripting skills;
3. Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills with specific attention to quality and detail; and
4. Team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
5. ISTQB certification preferable.
