This is a 7 month Contract opportunity. Overview
Our client would like to bring a resource in-house for a period of time to help us establish an A-B Testing practice (also known as randomized controlled experiments, online controlled experiments, and split testing) on the web.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Scope and Project Objectives:
This resource would be charged with three primary goals:
- Help us to select an easy-to-use A-B Testing tool that can be utilized across the organization.
- Establish an A-B Testing practice by showing the team how to do A-B Testing, when it is appropriate, the best process and practices and how to discern direction from the results.
- As a proof of concept, use A-B testing to solve a few problems while working with one of our in-house resources to building organizational capacity. Deliverables:
- Suggest a A-B Testing Tool software.
- Implement an A-B Testing tool after testing a few options.
- Best practices and process documents for A-B testing.
- Full user training.
- Full documentation.
