Our client is a household name across the Netherlands, and are about to go through a rapid expansion on the company, and their testing department. They are currently looking for strong TMAP Next Certified Testers who can focus on Functional/Acceptance Testing. The initial Contract is for 6 months, but the Client are looking for Candidates who would be looking to stay for a longer duration than this, as the project is due to run for at least a year.

Essential:

2 Years' experience with TMAP Next
TMAP Next Foundation certified
Dutch speaking

Preferred:

Exp working with different applications in one project 4/10
Exp as a functional manager/administrator 3/10
Experience with setting up test scripts
Exp with test tools such as:
*Rational (Quality Manager and Clearquest)
*JMeter
*Jira
*SOAP UI
Rail experience preferred

Overview:

A number of applications within the Client run on old, non-standard environments. These exceptions are expensive, troublesome to manage (knowledge is gone; connectivity with other applications is complex and poorly documented) and risky (Servers and operating systems are often old). These applications are being moved to standard environments under the FIT program.

The TA will carry out the (functional) acceptance tests alongside users. Working with users is essential, especially as there is insufficient documentation for the applications. The work will consist mainly of setting up and carrying out tests, including end to end chain tests..

The TA will report to the IT Operations Test Manager

Duties:

*Setting up and performing test scripts
*Participate in review sessions
*Participate in product risk analyses
*Support test manager
*Registering findings
*Working with end users, organise prepare, carry out and round off (functional) administrators and information analysts acceptance tests
*Set up test scenarios, test plans and test designs in connection with the desired functionality, quality and continuity within the Travel Information branch
*Setting up (parts of) detailed test plans
*Perform tests, measuring quality and continuity
*Recording results and setting up (selective) reports
