TEST ANALYST - SEPA - RATE/£NEG - BRUSSELS - 5 MONTHS +
We are looking for two SEPA testers to start on a project in Brussels with multiple language skills. The impact of this project will be in both Front End and Back End applications, the Front End meaning the channels used by the customers and the Back End being not only the SEPA direct debits and credit transfers applications but as well the Legacy systems. We are looking for two test analysts to support this work in 2013. The activities will mainly consist in business testing and involvements in some extend into the project management reporting to different stakeholders of the application.
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 31/12/2013 Initially
DESCRIPTION:
As a business tester the person will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the testing of the project delivery. The person will also make the reports linked to the testing activity, manage defects, and will possibly exchange with IT department to manage the adequacy between business needs and technical developments. The person will be involved in the project management activities like the organization of meetings including the set-up of support adapted to the expectations of the participants and being able to report to persons having different roles related to the application.
LANGUAGE:
French & English (Dutch is a plus)
Speaking: Good
Writing: Basic Fluent
Understanding: Good Fluent
Scale: Fluent, good, basic
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Education & Soft skills Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- Team player
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environments
- Flexible, accurate & control minded
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with business projects related to SEPA credit transfers
- Affinity with systems and processes
- Ability to work with IT department to transfer & explain specifications or defects to the developers
- Experience with project management (report, planning) will be a plus
- Experience with a banking package is a plus
- Experience with or ability for test preparation & execution
- Experience with or ability for defects and incidents management
