Levy Associates are currently looking for talented Testers to engage on a global migration of a Back Office finance system. You will be part of a dynamic and forward thinking team and be responsible for the testing during the migration.

My client is upgrading their current Back End solution to a new version of Advent Geneva. We are looking for testers that understand the flow of data from the Front End to the Back End as this will help considerably with your grasp of the role. We are looking for Testers that have come from a financial background and has understanding of some or most financial products ie. Equities, Government and corporate bonds, Mortgage and Asset back securities CFD's,CDS or IRS.

Responsibilities:

Extracting data from databases using tools such as SQL or other data comparison tools
Making data table comparisons between new and old systems
Writing test scripts
Automate tests and checking results
Back End testing
Automated/Regression testing

Experience required:

Financial system experience
Technical/Hands-on
Experience with data comparison tools
Experience with automation tools ie QTP
Regression testing experience
Experience with Batch processing
Should have some working knowledge on financial products and their life cycles.
