TEST ANALYST, Implementation specialist, tester, Customer support analyst required.
OVERVIEW
Customer Implementation Services is a global team that works in partnership with the account team representatives and technology managers in the regional offices and is focused on providing superior technical and product support to customers before and during their processing implementations.
ROLE
-Be the Central Point of Contact regarding any testing requirements for Customer Implementation projects.
-Proactively coordinate up to 30 testing projects in parallel, in cooperation with the customers and the CIS implementation manager.
-Communicate extensively with the clients customers, motivating customers and guiding them through testing processing
-Supervise and assist customers in implementation project test activity
-Ensure all administrative and technical requirements are fulfilled.
-Follow implementation processes and respect SLAs - Suggest process improvements based on experience and help to implement the change if needed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
-Good command (oral and written) of English. Additional languages are an asset
-You should have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Very well organized, can manage lot of activities in parallel
-Act with sense of urgency and focused on getting results and demonstrate proactive behaviour
-Concerned with high quality
-SOAP or Restful exposure would be a bonus.
