Test Analyst - German Speaking Contract in Zurich

For our international client based in Zürich we are looking for a Test Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and be the test lead on small projects, including being the deputy to the Test Manager
- Defect Management, including identify and tracking defects
- Report on test progress
- Performs static testing, analyze test requirements
- Define and execute test cases and provide evidences
- Performs effort estimation
- T est case development and execution reporting
- Perform Functional Testing to assess for Accuracy, Suitability, Interoperability, Functional Accessibility
- Mentor junior testers
- Communicate per the project plan

Skills & Experience

- 5 + years of testing experience with at least 2+ years being in the financial domain
- Understanding of testing requirements and/or risk based test analysis
- Experience with Test Case Design and Test Case Execution
- Experience within the banking/financial sector
- Knowledge of various testing tools, such as HP Quality Center, QTP, Jira or Tosca
- Strong analytical, conceptual and client facing skills
- Previous exposure to complex projects in a demanding environment
- Experience of working in international teams with an offshore component
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Structured and pragmatic attitude
