SENIOR TEST ANALYST - DUBLIN - DAILY RATE

EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

. Demonstrable system & integration testing experience
. Background in software testing or IT
. Experience of working with test automation tools
. Financial services experience, Fund Administration and in particular Transfer Agency
. Experience of industry standard Fund Administration applications, in particular Multifonds
. Experience of testing against MS SQL Server & Oracle database and good SQL knowledge
. Experience of XML and Web Services
. Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Project QA Manager your responsibilities will include:
. Test script creation and execution.
. Liaise with the Project SMEs and BAs to ensure test coverage of functional requirements.
. Defect investigation & logging where expected outcomes are different from actual.
. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of core system & processes, and how those systems & processes interact (end-to-end testing).
. Develop skills required for the production of estimates and risk analysis (where required).
. Attend/lead document walkthroughs and reviews of project documentation when required from a testing perspective.
. Consistently communicate risks and issues to the project team and/or Project QA Manager.
. Contribute to developing and documenting the project test strategy, ensuring a robust test pack is in place to support the test execution.
