Teradata Technical Lead - Madrid - Contract - DataStage
5-6+ years in DWH and minimum 3-4 years of Teradata work experience
§ Good understanding of relational DB concepts, Teradata architecture and DWH concepts
§ Good working knowledge of an ETL tool (preferably IBM DataStage)
§ Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with DWH Data Modeling. Having working knowledge of Teradata CLDM would be an added advantage
§ Experience with design and development of Teradata applications (procedures, views, UDFs, analytical functions, SQL)
§ Sound knowledge of Teradata client utilities like SQL Assistant, BTEQ, FAST LOAD, FAST EXPORT, MULTI LOAD, TPT, TPump
§ Performance fine tuning using explain plan and statistics
§ Basic awareness of Teradata administration.
