Teradata Consultant - Dublin - 12 month contract. E350 - E400 per day.
Global technology related company with offices across 30 countries seek experienced Teradata Consultants for high profile projects in Dublin.
Skills required as follows;
* 5+ years of experience on Teradata [design, development, support, testing and architecture]
* Must have good banking experience.
* Database design, including primary indexes, join indexes, views, security, secondary indexes, PPI, Referential Integrity and data skew
* Understanding of normalization and de-normalization concept, Inmon approach,3NF, LDM
* Teradata SQL
* Teradata utilities (BTEQ, Fast Load, MultiLoad, FastExport,Tpump, TPT)
* SQL Assistant
* Perform Unit/System/Integration Testing and performance testing for large volume of data. A good team player and able to work independently
* Excellent Client Facing skills
* A self-starter who is proactive in nature
* Excellent verbal, written communication and presentational skills
