Tenders Specialist/Sales Support required for a leading global healthcare company based in Hadfield.

The candidate will be responsible for Tenders and Quotations administrative support, follow up on meetings, events/customer events planning. Has additional responsibility for acquisition of resources for personnel. Includes analytical work and report processing and management of department communication needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

- Manage the wing to wing Tendering process for ITO (Inquiry to Order). Internal communication with Logistics, Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing and external communication with our customers.
- Process quotations and sent to customers as required. Search Tendering websites for new Opportunities daily and coordinate tender response in given timescales.
- Work with Department Manager on projects to redesign processes and introduce LEAN principals to dept.
- Support Sales Managers with periodic sales performance analysis; Orders forecast and ensure they remain up to date.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service for customers, and external distributors in the international market.
- Build up close relationships with customers and commercial team to gain their trust and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the logistics of specific products.
- Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.
- Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
- Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers. Able to initiate and drive innovative growth projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.
- High level of telephone and customer care skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Fluent English.

- Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team
- Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
- Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones
