Tender/Quotation Specialist

Our client, one of the biggest companies in Switzerland, is now looking for a Tender/Quotation Specialist.
Location: Aargau Canton
Contractual role starting June 2018 until December 2018.
Responsibilities:
- Create and complete bids/estimations/quotations
- Maintain and improve the balance between the business and customers
- Formulates competitive bids/estimates/quotations
- Ensures tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail
Must Have:
- Experience in the offer process (offers and calculations creation)
- Experience in supporting the service sales
- Administrative activities
- Self-employment
- Knowledge in the field of electricity supply and distribution
- Fluency with both English and German
