Tenancy Enforcement Officer (Part-Time)

TENANCY ENFORCEMENT OFFICER (PART-TIME) (LLH0172)
GRADE: SO1 - STARTING SALARY £27,945 PA RISING IN ANNUAL INCREMENTS TO £29,571 INCLUSIVE OF LW The post holder will be responsible for tackling all forms of nuisance and tenancy breaches and reduce the number of squatted and illegally occupied properties. You will provide cover for the enforcement team when required and must be customer focused. We are looking for someone who is sensitive to the varied needs of our residents with relevant experience or sound knowledge of dealing with enforcement cases. Working hours will be as follows:

Monday (7hrs)

Tuesday (7hrs)
