ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A Workflow Administrator is a client focussed individual, with a strong track record of understanding client needs and effective management of long term relationships, you will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships. You will be capable of managing administration tasks quickly and effectively, ensuring the majority of your time is focused on client servicing and ensuring investment related administrative tasks are executed accurately and within agreed timescales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new team within our business and will allow you to develop your career within investment servicing.

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience of working in a client focussed and administrative environment you will be able to demonstrate strict attention to detail, while managing multiple deadlines. The ability to remain professional under pressure is essential in conjunction with excellent time management skills and you will be focused on achieving your personal objectives in order to develop your career successfully.

You will ideally be educated to a minimum of higher grade level or equivalent, you will ideally possess experience within the financial services industry and you must demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision. In addition, it is desirable that you hold a relevant qualification in Investments, eg Investment Management Certificate (IMC), Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) or Financial Planning Certificate (FPC).
