Temporary Process Analyst

Responsibilites to include: · Create 2,000 NAFTA/Global products per year in SAP's EDOS, GMS and ERP systems for (NAFTA and Asia) procurement. · Work with multiple business groups (Product Managers, Packaging, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, E-Business, Logistics, etc.) to ensure the completeness and accuracy and compliancy of information provided on new product requests. · Ensure the appropriate approvals have been obtained for the request. · Calculate packaging data using Excel Spreadsheets and formulas. · Work with Customer Master and Controllers to develop and distribute pricing. · Communicate new product information to global counterparts and business units as needed. · Process basic master data change requests for over 4,000 products per year. · Analyze and Audit all requests for validity and compliance within the systems' and business' requirements. Ensure data integrity globally across NAFTA, Europe and Asia. · Add, Change, or Update over a hundred material master fields. · Report system or data issues to management. · Maintain and update daily department procedures as needed. · Provide training materials to the Business Units when required. THIS POSITION IS A TEMPORARY POSITION WITH A STRONG CHANCE OF BECOMING PERMANENT. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL RECEIVE PAYROLL THROUGH AN AGENCY. Qualifications

- Associates Degree or related experience preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and work ethic.
- Ability to work with people of all levels within the organization.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously in an extremely busy, constantly changing, time sensitive environment.
- Quick learner.
- Ability to adhere to strict rules and guidelines defined by the department and organization.
- Work well independently or in a team environment.
- Good understanding of the processes and procedures across multiple business groups and how they relate to each other.
- Excellent communication skills.
- SAP (ERP/GMS/EDOS/CRM) experience preferred.
