Temporary Marketing Assistant - Luminaires

Around 60 percent of sales come from energy-efficient products. We are currently seeking a Temporary Marketing Assistant at our corporate headquarters in Danvers, MA. THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION LASTING ONE YEAR.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: § Under minimal supervision, provide professional administrative support to selected Product Managers and Application Business Development Managers § Assists in the preparation of high quality presentations and documents § Ongoing maintenance and development of necessary files and materials to support area of responsibility § Basic assembly, shipping, and tracking of samples to field sales § Coordinating product/packaging photo shoot § Assist in tracking internal approval of packaging § Assist in preparation of launch materials § Participates in additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION: § High school diploma plus minimum 5 years relevant experience required. § Bachelor's degree a plus. Great opportunity for a recent college grad! EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: § Knowledge of general administrative, sales/marketing concepts, practices and procedures. § Excellent Communication skills § Strong PowerPoint skills are a must § Able to follow detailed directions OSRAM SYLVANIA wishes to deal directly with our best and brightest candidates.
