We are seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator for an exciting opportunity in Danvers, Massachusetts. This person will provide administrative support for the day to day operations of the LIGHTPOINT Training facility in Boston and extended support for the additional Sylvania Training facilities in Westfield, Indiana and Toronto, Canada as well as any off Sylvania sites as may be required from time to time for the courses and events handled by the group.

At the direction of the Global Manager of Sales and Customer Technical Training the position's duties include, but are not limited to all aspects of arranging and co-ordinating Customer Courses and other LIGHTPOINT events. This includes preparing online registrations, culling the registrations, processing payments, arranging flights, hotel and transportation requirements as required, printing and updating all required course materials, and managing the archiving of course materials. Responsibilities also include producing, scanning, tallying, presenting and archiving all event feedback materials and maintaining the database of customer registrations for past, present and future courses.

This position also assists in the actual timing and adjustment for real customer facing events by notifying upcoming presenters of schedule changes and independently changing schedules to accommodate unforeseen changes.

These duties are to be performed with minimal supervision, a high customer service oriented attitude and an extremely high degree of independent decision making ability. Qualifications

- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree
- 5 years of relevant experience with a Diploma, or 1 year with a Degree
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Database Experience preferred

This position is a temporary position lasting at least 3 months. The selected candidate will receive payroll through an agency.
