Temporary Communications Assistant - Web Design

Want to work for a dynamic department? Osram Sylvania, one of the world's largest lighting manufacturers, is looking for a temporary Communications/Web Design Assistant for our North American headquarters in Danvers, MA.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in building websites • Assist in reviewing web pages and building web pages • Create graphics in Photoshop and PowerPoint • Provide general tradeshow support and manage portable tradeshow program with GL • Function as website liaison for Process Heat updates and Google AdWords program (reporting, etc.). • Provide Webtrends reporting for advertising, etc. on a monthly basis • Work with D/O and process heat, along with the agency to create PIB documents and supporting collateral. Qualifications

-High School diploma required. - Bachelor's degree desired and 2-5 years relevant /equivalent experience.
-Knowledge of: CSS, HTML, graphic design or creative web design, dreamweaver or Photoshop -Usability testing experience - Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and an excellent phone manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
- Ability to resolve conflicts efficiently and amiably
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
