Temp PMO Clarity Assistant

A Temp PMO Clarity Assistant is required for 3 months (likely to be extended) based in Southampton

A Temp PMO Clarity Assistant Support will be required to carry out the maintenance and end user queries for Clarity PPM.

This includes -
o System updates, maintenance activities and data cleansing,
o Answering general queries from users and
o Running data extracts direct from the user interface or via SQL Server queries
* Support the third party billing process. This includes
o Manipulation of incoming data in to a standard format,
o Distribution data to end users, coordinating validation responses, and
o Working with other key stakeholders for onward processing of the data.
* Management of data warehouse repositories with monthly updates

The Temp PMO Clarity Assistant Support will also be responsible for delivery of the production of standard reports within specific timescales.

Experience/Knowledge Required -

*Data analytical experience
*Experience of working with third party suppliers, particularly offshore outsourced resource
*Clarity PPM or other PPM tool experience
*Experience of working within a Project or Portfolio Management (PMO) function
*MS SharePoint experience
*IT/Computer Science knowledge and experience
*Competent in the use of MS Excel to an intermediate level
*Computer literate - comfortable with using email tools and MS Office Suite
*Administration experience
*Attention to detail
*Able to carry-out set instructions in a timely manner, delivering against prescribed deadlines
*Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with proactive questioning
*Comfortable with communicating with business stakeholders via telephone and email
*Educated to A Level standard

This role is to start ASAP and will pay £8 per hour (PAYE) or 11.33 p/h (Ltd/Umbrella)
