Our Teller position provides exceptional customer service in a professional manner while processing a variety of transactions, answering customer questions, and helping management meet branch goals by identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Processes customer transactions; answer customer inquiries both in person and on the telephone; follows-up with customers as necessary.
- Operates a teller window, maintains acceptable outages based on the Branch Operation Guidelines, maintains appropriate cash limits, follows policiescompleting assignments as required, filing, etc.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged Standing (5-8 hours per day), frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent forward reach, frequent lifting of 1 - 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous cash, sales and/or customer service experience required.
- Must have own transportation, valid State of Ohio Driver's license and auto insurance at levels specified by FFL Management.
- Excellent Math & Calculator Skills.
- Minimum 10-Key Speed of 75 spm.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Able to work days, Saturdays and overtime as directed.
