Telephony Project Manager, WAN, LAN, Verint, Contact Centre, CCT, Call Centre, Banking, Financial Services.

Our client, a large financial services organisation, is currently recruiting for a Telephony Project Manager to work on a 3-month initial contract based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Duties specifically around telephony and infrastructure changes (LAN, WAN, Verint) and will involve some Contact Centre Telephony (CCT) infrastructure changes. They also require candidates that have worked on communications room decommissioning and managing contact centre churn.

Candidate will be involved in full life cycle project management. Working within a Matrix managed environment along with managing offshore teams. Will be required to deal with all the technical component teams as/when required and write Project Documentation to required standard. It is also essential that the candidate is able to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders, so strong communications skills are a must.

Requirements:

* Strong background in banking or financial services
* Expert in telephony, ideally covering WAN, LAN, Verint, CCT, etc.
* Strong communication and stakeholder managements skills essential.
