Telephone Representative Pensions

Telephone representative - £11 to £12 per hour!

I am looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join a leading global investment company within their pensions division in a very friendly team that is renowned for its high standards and exceptional client service.

Fundamental Requirements:

-Proven exceptional customer service experience
-Proven telephone experience, preferably from within an office/call centre environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Administrative skills
-Pensions (or similar - Insurance, Asset Management, etc) experience would be an obvious advantage

Please note that this role DOES NOT involve cold calling.
